6 weeks and counting

Well, I am moving to Paris, France at the end of October, and I will be there until the end of March. Unless something drastic happens, I could be sent somewhere else. When I had originally applied for the internship, it was between Paris and Sydney, Australia. I got picked for Paris, which is what I wanted. But Paris is looking good. There is a lot to do, I am supposed to take french lessons, read through a whole bunch of material, and then there is the whole getting ready to go thing. (I still have to find some kind soul to watch my cat until I get back.) I have a feeling it's gonna go quick. I am also supposed to buy a gift for my supervisor, something from my culture - I am thinking a couple of Thomson Highway's works (Cause he's Cree like me, and from the same region.) I can't wait to go to Paris, there will be so much to see, and London, England is less than 150 km from there, so it will be easy to nip off for the day or the weekend. Yay! Anyways, that's it for now, I might be updating the blog a bit before I go, I will be updating more often when I am actually overseas to keep you updated on what mischief I get into.
